We need only basic information to get started.  A simplified Preliminary Application is available, or you can use your own initial submission format.  Include a description, location, and valuation of the collateral, a thumbnail on the borrower, and a summary of the issues that could make the file unique and/or difficult  Be sure, of course, to include your contact information for a return fax, eMail, or if you prefer, call.

With this Preliminary Information in hand, we'll get back to you and work together to attempt to craft a solution that creates a benefit for the borrower and fairly compensates a secondary market lender for the perceived risk.

And if, in our opinion,  we can't seem to find the light at the end of the tunnel, we'll offer you the courtesy of quick "NO" rather than an extended, false-hope "MAYBE" that, after endless exchanges of documentation and expenditure of resources, usually ends up as "NO" anyway.
